1. Information we collect
BoxLog only stores the data you enter yourself: subscription name, amount, cycle, and notification preferences. We never store credit card numbers, bank accounts, or raw billing statements.
2. Screenshot handling
When you bulk-import from a screenshot, the image is analyzed once via on-device Vision Framework and our analysis endpoint, then discarded immediately. No long-term cloud storage of screenshots.
3. No bank or card link
BoxLog never connects to bank or credit card APIs. We only manage the subscription data you choose to enter.
4. iCloud sync
If you opt in, data is synced only inside your own Apple account via CloudKit. It is not stored on our servers.
5. Notifications
We send local notifications for upcoming bills, physical box arrivals, and trial expiry. You can disable them anytime from Settings.
6. Four-language coverage
Native UI and policies are provided in Japanese, English, Spanish and Italian.
